We want to help others to recover faith, self-love, hope, and happiness. We have also seen how many live in anxiety and cannot feel the peace and calm that each one of us deserves. Our purpose is to help you recover your peace, you do not deserve to live without it.

Spanish Therapy with Christian values
Hi there! We are Dr. Nelly and Dr. Carlos, Spanish Speaking/Christian therapists.
If you are looking for a licensed mental health therapist that could listen to you and help you from your Hispanic and Latino cultural background, and that at the same time understands your Christian values we can work with you.
We offer individual and couple therapy to people experiencing depression, and anxiety, people that have any history of trauma, and/or are struggling with a grieving process. We also provide therapy and spiritual counseling to individuals and pastors that are looking for emotional support and that are dealing with burnout.
We are from Puerto Rico and reside in Minnesota. We feel called to serve you in a compassionate and empathetic way. We know you need a safe space to express your emotions and thoughts without feeling judged. We want to help you achieve a more fulfilled and happier life.
